- Accurate But Unsuitable Items: Items that are accurately made but are not suitable for your space cannot be returned.
- Heavy Curtains: Curtains that are deemed too heavy are not eligible for returns.
- Incorrect Color: Items that are not the desired color are not eligible for returns.
