Non-returnable Items 

•  Custom Curtains:  Custom curtains are not eligible for returns. To ensure the fabric meets your expectations, we encourage you to order fabric sample booklets before placing an order for custom curtains.
•  Misunderstanding of Product Images:  Items cannot be returned if there is a misunderstanding of the product's images.
•  Accurate But Unsuitable Items:  Items that are accurately made but are not suitable for your space cannot be returned.
•  Heavy Curtains:  Curtains that are deemed too heavy are not eligible for returns.
•  Incorrect Color:  Items that are not the desired color are not eligible for returns.
•  Change of Mind:  Items cannot be returned due to a change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
•  Quality Discrepancy:  Items that do not match your expected quality cannot be returned.
•  Wrong Item Ordered:  Items ordered incorrectly are not eligible for returns.
•  Incorrect Dimensions:  Items with size errors are non-returnable if the tolerance size is within +/- 1%, as this is considered industry standard.
•  Delayed Orders:  Orders arriving later than expected are not eligible for returns.
•  Fabric Dye Lots:  Variations in fabric dye lots are not considered defects and cannot be returned.

Returnable Items

•  Wrong Item Received:  If you receive the wrong item, returns are accepted with photographic proof.
•  Damaged Items:  Returns are accepted for damaged items with photographic proof.
•  Not As Described:  If the item does not match the description, returns are accepted with photographic proof.

Return Process

•  Submit a Request:  Please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item, including relevant photographic proof.
•  Approval Process:  We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
•  Return Shipping:  Once approved, please send the item back to the designated address.
•  Refund:  After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
